The competition between real estate developers for Mindanao’s tallest building seemed reaching its climax as Anchor Land dropped its entry last 2017 – the twin tower development in the name of The Peak Parksuites to rise in no other than Davao City.

The news that circulated last June 2017 verified the rumor of another high-rise buildings along CM Recto area in Davao City.

The Peak Parksuites, a residential condominium with some commercial component, composes towers with height of 39 floors and 36 floors, making it the tallest proposed building in Mindanao as of 2018.

The tallest tower, which height will be around 138 meters, stretches higher than Vivaldi Residences also in Davao City which proposed height is only around 118 meters.

Vivaldi Residences Davao is a high-rise Hotel and Residential edifice by Euro Towers International, Inc.

It can be noted that the project is also nearby Marco Polo Hotel, the first high-rise building in the city. See the map below:
