Alveo Land is the last Ayala brand to invade Cagayan de Oro City. In the last few years, the company enjoyed success in its brands ranging from commercial to residential. On March 09, 2017, BusinessWorld reported that Alveo Land, the subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. is set to launch 16 projects worth P40 billion in cities Bulacan, Cavite, Cagayan de Oro and Alabang.

Alveo Land has acquired around 101.5168 hectares of prime real estate in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City based on the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) as posted online by the DENR-EMB. CDODev reported last November 2016 that the Cagayan de Oro City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate together with the city’s technical team conducted an ocular inspection on November. The initial phase will be 23.4-hectare. Accordingly, the Alveo venture in Cagayan de Oro will be master-planned mixed use community.

The city completes Ayala brands with Alveo Land. All other investment of Ayala Land in Cagayan de Oro are Ayala Land Premier's (Alegria Hills), Avida Land (Centrio Tower, Aspira Tower), BellaVita Land (Indahag), and Amaia Land (Amaia Scapes Bulua). Of course, the city also has Centrio (mall) and Seda (hotel), CDODev reported.
