While the colorful hill in Benguet was inspired by the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this project in Cotabato City called Shine Kutang Bato will paint the symbols that represent the city like crabs, gongs, and the guinakit.

Accordingly, there is already an initial agreement between the home owners in PC Hill and the local government for the said project.
