Robinsons Land Incorporated is said to be under negotiations with the city government of Pagadian as City Mayor Samuel Co himself confirmed the rumors that the mall developer is negotiating for a certain property in the city. The information has been posted in Mayor Co's party Bangon Pagadian's Official Facebook page on October 3.Accordingly, the negotiation for the prospected mall site nears finalization, and there are documents that just need to be compiled for the project to start.
This will be the sixth Robinsons Place Mall in Mindanao once materialized, and the first in the region of Zamboanga peninsula.
Sources say the city oval was Robinson’s first choice, but there is no confirmed exact location yet.
It can be recalled that Mindanao Economic Boom posted in September 5 regarding the rumors that Robinsons came to the city expressing their interest to buy a vast property.

Robinsons scouting for mall property in Pagadian City, sources reveal
Robinsons is reported to be looking for property for a mall project in Pagadian City. Accordingly, radio station DXRC 98.3 in their Asenso Pagadian Program had divulged that a team from Robinsons came to the city expressing their interest to buy a vast property such as the city oval. Sources say the city oval was their first choice.
