The project route for first and second package, as stated in the said document, will start in Brgy Bulua in Cagayan de Oro City and it will end in a place named "Digkilaan" which is not specified whether it is referring to the barangay in Manticao in Misamis Oriental or to a barangay in Iligan City.
It can be recalled that in 2018, the budget for the project's feasibility study has been included in General Appropriations Act 2018 as well as preliminary and Detailed Engineering, Economic Analysis, Technical Studies and Traffic Impact Assessment.
